Aitken Spence Elevators Partners with Rush Housing for Colombo Projects

Aitken Spence Elevators Ltd. has signed an MoU with Rush Housing Ltd. to provide nine OTIS Gen2 Hz machine room less elevators for five residential projects in Colombo District, including Maimoon Residencies and Rush Metropolis. Established in 1989, Aitken Spence Elevators, a joint venture with OTIS Singapore, services over 95% of Colombo’s high rises. The collaboration underscores its commitment to quality, safety, and sustainable urban mobility, further strengthening long standing ties with Rush Housing.
