Mr. Sirikumara Kudagama has been appointed as Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka with effect from 3 November 2025. A veteran with over 25 years at CBSL, he brings vast expertise in financial regulation, governance, and law reform, having led several key institutional and regulatory initiatives.
