Pubudini Abeyesekera Appointed CEO of MiHCM Sri Lanka and Maldives

MiHCM, a leading global SaaS provider in digital workplace and workforce solutions, has appointed Pubudini Abeyesekera as Chief Executive Officer for Sri Lanka and the Maldives, effective 1 July 2025.

Abeyesekera, who previously served as General Manager of Business Operations since December 2022, will now spearhead business strategy and delivery across both markets. MiHCM Group CEO Harsha Purasinghe praised her leadership and strategic vision, stating that she is well-positioned to drive growth and AI-led innovation in the region.

In response, Abeyesekera expressed gratitude and emphasised her commitment to leading with purpose and focus, aiming to reinforce MiHCM’s leadership in HR and work tech solutions.

With a diverse background spanning technology, education, real estate, and banking across Sri Lanka, the UAE, and Thailand, she brings broad industry expertise to her new role.

MiHCM currently serves over 1,000 enterprise clients across 22 countries.
