HNB FINANCE and Kiya.ai Partner to Drive Digital Transformation in Banking

HNB FINANCE PLC has announced a strategic partnership with Kiya.ai to upgrade its core banking system, aiming to enhance operational efficiency, digital banking capabilities, and customer experiences. This collaboration will implement a cloud-native solution incorporating artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and bots to streamline operations and integrate key financial services.

The new system is expected to automate workflows, expedite approvals, and bolster security measures, setting new standards in financial services. This initiative aligns with HNB FINANCE’s ongoing efforts to broaden its digital offerings and improve customer convenience. Previously, the company partnered with Moneyworkz.lk to expand its online product availability.

Kiya.ai is known for delivering digital solutions that enable financial inclusion and provide predictive insights for smarter decision-making.

This partnership reflects HNB FINANCE’s commitment to revolutionising banking for a smarter, digital-first future.
