Home Lands Breaks Ground on Canterbury Crest Resort Apartments

Published on

Home Lands has commenced construction of Canterbury Crest Resort Apartments, marking the final phase of the Canterbury Golf City development in Piliyandala Kahaththuduwa—Sri Lanka’s largest residential project. The groundbreaking ceremony, held on 19 March, was attended by Chairman Nalin Herath and the company’s management.

Canterbury Crest represents one of four new resort apartment developments in Greater Colombo and responds to strong demand generated by the success of Canterbury Golf City, which already comprises 1,200 units. The project continues Home Lands’ vision of delivering resort-style living within a prestigious, master-planned community.

The development will feature 96 modern Victorian-style apartments, offering two- and three-bedroom options, private balconies, and a range of lifestyle amenities including a swimming pool, pickleball court, and outdoor gym. Strategically located within close proximity to Colombo and the Southern Expressway, the project ensures excellent connectivity.

With this milestone, Home Lands reinforces its leadership in innovative, lifestyle-driven residential developments in Sri Lanka.
