Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC has appointed Jonathan Alles as a Non Independent Non Executive Director to its Board, strengthening the company’s leadership with extensive banking expertise.

Alles brings over 37 years of experience in international and local banking, having held senior roles at institutions including HSBC and National Bank of Abu Dhabi. He is widely recognised for his leadership at Hatton National Bank.

His appointment to Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC was approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka on 5 March 2026.
