Hayleys PLC has appointed Susangatha Rumal Fernando as an Independent Non Executive Director. A supply chain specialist with over 25 years at Unilever Sri Lanka, Fernando also chairs WiLAT Sri Lanka and actively champions women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and mentoring in logistics and supply chain management.
