*Emerging leaders typically refers to individuals who are in the early stages of their leadership journey and are gaining prominence in their respective fields. These individuals show promise, potential, and a trajectory toward assuming significant leadership roles in the future.

**An edupreneur, or education entrepreneur, markets their expertise and skills to public or private schools, colleges and universities or for-profit and non-profit organisations, using a learning platform.

***Global entrepreneurs are individuals who operate businesses with a significant international footprint. These entrepreneurs go beyond local or national markets, expanding their activities to a global scale.

****Expatriate executives holding Head / senior positions refers to individuals who are working in a company and are categorised as expatriates. An expatriate is someone who lives and works in a country other than their home country.

Evaluation Criteria:

Nominees undergo a comprehensive assessment based on career progress, achievements, leadership skills, innovation, CSR involvement, and more.  Major Jury’s  final decisions, marked by integrity, solidify the selection process, with no appeal available. ( Application is given below)

We are in the process of appointing 20 judging panels, each comprising three members, to carefully assess and select the most deserving candidates across 20 categories. Each panel will designate one member as its chairperson.

Subsequently, the chairpersons from these 20 panels will constitute the Major Jury responsible for finalising the list of awardees. This distinguished jury will be led by a senior and well reputed professional.

To ensure transparency, the entire evaluation process will undergo scrutiny by a reputable audit firm.

Yes. Find most relevant category or Categories as per you wish. However alternative applications should be forwarded separately.

Q: Do I need to pay a registration fee?
Yes. You have to pay only LKR 10,000/- to meet the processing expenditure.

Q: If I send a few applications have I to pay LKR 10000/- for each application
Yes. Every application will be considered separately. The cost involvement is there.
