Q: How this course ensures that students are well prepared for the dynamic business environment?

The main aim of the International MBA, whether full-time or part-time, is to enable successful learners to perform effectively at middle management levels and aspire to senior management positions by using enhanced practical knowledge and reasoning abilities based on the concepts and theoretical frameworks that you will study in the course. It is internationally recognized as a career-development programme that builds on previous learning and experience. Typically, you will be a junior or middle manager with ambitions to develop your career in different ways.

The International MBA will also appeal to candidates whose ambition revolves around developing or managing a small business or family business. Some learners complete an International MBA simply to improve their current skills, gain a broader understanding of the diverse world in which we operate, or contribute back to society.

The BNU International MBA has been developed to address business leadership in an uncertain world of continuous disruption. The programme provides a strategic and global perspective, with recurring themes throughout, while enabling problem-solving, creative thinking, and developing empathy within an international context. Additionally, this programme addresses issues that many organisations face in the present climate: operating in a global setting and ensuring business resilience and sustainability. The importance of these contextual issues is reflected in the title of the programme and the recurring themes.
