Published on

Toyota Lanka has further strengthened its presence in Sri Lanka’s Central Province with the enhancement of its after-sales service capabilities in Kandy, reinforcing its commitment to delivering world-class automotive support while expanding its nationwide customer service network.

The development forms part of Toyota Lanka’s broader strategic growth initiative aimed at bringing globally recognised standards of automotive care closer to customers across the island. The company stated that the expansion reflects its long-standing focus on customer convenience, technical excellence, and sustained investment in Sri Lanka’s automotive sector.

The upgraded Kandy operation represents a significant milestone in Toyota Lanka’s ongoing network expansion programme. The company currently operates more than 20 facilities nationwide and plans to increase its footprint to over 30 locations by the end of 2026. Through its expanding network of integrated 3S facilities encompassing Sales, Service, and Spare Parts, Toyota Lanka continues to improve accessibility and deliver a seamless ownership experience for customers throughout the country.

At the core of Toyota Lanka’s after-sales operations are internationally recognised engineering standards, advanced diagnostic technologies, specialised tools, and highly trained technical personnel. The company’s service excellence has been recognised globally through Toyota Motor Corporation’s Customer Delight Excellence Award in both 2024 and 2025, underscoring its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Toyota Lanka also highlighted the important role played by the Toyota Lanka Auto Academy in developing the next generation of automotive professionals. Through structured training programmes and globally aligned learning frameworks, the academy equips technical teams with the knowledge and skills required to support rapidly evolving automotive technologies.

The company noted that its success has been built on decades of customer trust, reliability, and service excellence. Guided by the Toyota LIFE philosophy—Loyalty, Integrity, Fairness, and Ethics—Toyota Lanka continues to place customers at the centre of its operations.

The enhanced after-sales capability in Kandy not only strengthens the company’s service network but also reaffirms Toyota Lanka’s commitment to delivering dependable mobility solutions and exceptional customer care across Sri Lanka.
