SMB Finance PLC has appointed Sureshnee Kumarasena as an Independent Non Executive Director to its Board.

Kumarasena brings over a decade of experience in auditing, corporate finance, and equity research. An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, she specialises in financial modelling, valuations, industry research, and investment analysis.

She currently serves as a financial analyst at Acuity Knowledge Partners and previously held a leadership role at OSL Global, working on corporate finance and foreign investment projects.
