Share Market Reaches Record High, Surpasses 22,500 Points

The Colombo Stock Exchange’s All Share Price Index (ASPI) reached a historic peak today, surpassing the 22,500-point milestone for the first time. The index rose 217.65 points to close at 22,633.80, recording a market turnover of Rs. 11.28 billion — signalling strong investor confidence and market momentum.
