Sandamini Perera has assumed the role of Executive Chairperson at Prime Lands Residencies PLC, succeeding Premalal Brahmanage. Perera, a co-founder of Prime Group, held the position of Executive Director and co-chairperson, bringing over 27 years of experience in real estate. She played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, making it Sri Lanka’s leading real estate developer. Perera, an entrepreneur and strategic leader, holds an MSc. in Strategic Marketing and has received accolades for her contributions to women’s empowerment. Under her leadership, the company introduced the groundbreaking ‘Prime 1% Plan,’ aiming to make homeownership accessible.

Expressing gratitude to outgoing co-chairman Brahmanage, Perera looks forward to building on the company’s foundation, emphasizing a commitment to turning client aspirations into reality. Brahmanage will continue as an Executive Director. The Board acknowledges his instrumental role in guiding the company’s strategic vision.
