Sanath Manatunge has been appointed Chairman of the Employers’ Federation of Ceylon (EFC), marking another significant milestone in his distinguished corporate leadership journey. His appointment has been warmly welcomed by Sri Lanka’s business community, recognising his extensive experience, strategic vision and commitment to organisational excellence.

As Chairman of one of the country’s leading employer representative organisations, Manatunge is expected to provide strategic leadership in addressing the evolving challenges faced by employers while promoting sustainable economic growth, productive industrial relations and responsible business practices.

The Postgraduate Institute of Management Alumni Association (PIMA) has congratulated its distinguished alumnus on his appointment, describing the achievement as a testament to his exceptional leadership, vision and unwavering commitment to driving excellence and growth within the corporate sector.
