Pay&Go and NWSDB Launch Real-Time Water Bill Payment Service Across Sri Lanka

Published on

In a significant boost to public service digitisation, MegaPay (Pvt) Ltd. has partnered with the National Water Supply & Drainage Board (NWSDB) to launch real-time water bill payments through its Pay&Go platform. The new service enables users to pay water bills instantly via Pay&Go kiosks or the mobile app, with immediate balance updates—ensuring transparency and peace of mind for customers.

With over 1,000 Pay&Go kiosks island-wide, the platform is expanding its reach by placing dedicated kiosks at key NWSDB branches in Kolonnawa, Battaramulla, Maligakanda, Mattakkuliya, Maligawatta, Panadura, Puttalam, and the Head Office in Rathmalana. Plans are underway to extend services to more cities including Kandy, Kurunegala, Galle, Anuradhapura, Jaffna, and Badulla.

The collaboration is a major step toward modernising public utility payments, aligning with the government’s drive for digital transformation

Download the Pay&Go Sri Lanka app via Google Play or App Store for hassle-free bill
payments.
