Published on

Pan Asia Bank has entered into a strategic partnership with global fintech platform Pine Labs to enhance its card issuing and processing capabilities through a modern end to end card management platform. Under this initiative, the Bank will deploy Pine Labs’ Credit+ system to manage the complete life cycle of its credit card portfolio using a cloud native and API first framework.

The platform will support activation, billing, payment processing, reconciliation and settlement, while improving efficiency, reliability and customer experience. It is designed to handle high transaction volumes and offer flexibility in product configuration.

Commenting on the partnership, Naleen Edirisinghe said the collaboration strengthens the Bank’s ability to deliver secure and responsive card services. B Amrish Rau noted that the platform will provide full control over card programmes as volumes scale.

The solution will integrate seamlessly with core banking systems, enabling real time authorisation and faster product innovation.
