Nissan, Honda, and Mitsubishi Explore Strategic Alliance

Published on

Nissan and Honda have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to begin discussions on a potential business integration under a joint holding company. If realised, this integration would combine their management resources, including knowledge, technologies, and human capital, to create deeper synergies, enhance agility in responding to market changes, and improve mid- to long-term corporate value.

The companies also aim to strengthen their brands and deliver more innovative products and services to customers globally.

In a separate MOU, Nissan, Honda, and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation will explore the possibility of Mitsubishi Motors joining the integration, contributing to and benefiting from shared synergies.
