MTI Consulting Marks 30 Years of Global Strategic Impact Across 51 Countries

International boutique strategy consultancy MTI Consulting has entered its 30th year of operations, celebrating three decades of delivering strategic advisory services across 51 countries spanning five continents.

Over the years, MTI has built a strong international reputation by successfully executing assignments for leading global and regional organisations. Its work has extended across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and Africa, demonstrating its ability to provide strategic solutions in diverse business environments.

Among its notable achievements is its engagement with Nasdaq-listed Limoneira in the United States, a project that has since been recognised as an international case study and incorporated into MBA curricula. MTI has also completed assignments across major European markets, all six Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and a significant number of SAARC and ASEAN nations.

In recent years, the firm has expanded its footprint in Africa, undertaking projects in markets such as Kenya, Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Zimbabwe.
