President of Sri Lanka Anura Kumara Dissanayake has appointed Maithri Evan Wickremesinghe, President’s Counsel, as a member of the Governing Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. He succeeds Rajeev Amarasuriya and will also serve on the Monetary Policy Board.
