Life Insurance Corporation of India Boosts Investment in Sri Lankan Subsidiary

Life Insurance Corporation of India Invests Rs 14 Crore in Sri Lankan Subsidiary.

According to Capital Market, India, Life Insurance Corporation of India has infused an additional capital of LKR 500 million (approximately Rs 14 crore) into its subsidiary, Life Insurance Corporation (Lanka). Following the allotment of shares, the Corporation’s shareholding in the company will increase from 90.91% to 93.75%.
