LAUGFS Holdings Appoints Dr. Ravi Edirisinghe as Group Managing Director and CEO

LAUGFS Holdings Limited, one of Sri Lanka’s leading diversified conglomerates, has appointed Dr. Ravi Edirisinghe as its new Group Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer, effective today. This strategic leadership transition marks a significant milestone in the company’s renewed focus on business revival and transformation across both local and international markets.

Dr. Edirisinghe brings over three decades of leadership experience from local, multinational, and Fortune 500 companies. His expertise spans strategic transformation, operational excellence, and business turnarounds. He has held leadership positions at McLarens Group, MAS Active, Avery Dennison, and Freight Links International, among others, and has also served as a consultant to Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Highways and Ministry of Science & Technology.
