Kaushali Kusumapala Appointed as Coca-Cola’s Sri Lanka and Maldives Country Director

Kaushali Kusumapala has been appointed as the new Country Director for Sri Lanka and Maldives by Coca-Cola, marking a historic moment as the first Sri Lankan woman to hold this position.

Taking over from former Country Director Pankaj Sinha, Kaushali will collaborate closely with various stakeholders in both countries, including bottling teams, customers, and partners.

With a career spanning back to 2009, Kaushali brings diverse experience from organisations such as Leo Burnett, Fonterra Dairy, and Domino’s Pizza. Notable achievements include her tenure at Hemas International as Director of Marketing, where she contributed to market entry strategies and pioneering marketing initiatives. Kaushali, a University of Melbourne graduate, expresses excitement for her new role, pledging to work with Coca-Cola’s bottling partners and stakeholders to enhance consumer experiences.

Her commitment to excellence has been recognised with prestigious awards, including the Slim Brand Excellence and SLIM Kantar People’s Awards.
