Inextricable Group Appoints Jayantha Peiris as SVP – Digital and Transformation

Published on

Inextricable Group has appointed Jayantha Peiris as Senior Vice President – Digital and Transformation, strengthening its leadership in enterprise technology and operational excellence.

Peiris brings over three decades of experience from MAS Holdings, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s global manufacturing and digital capabilities. During his tenure, including as Chief Information Officer, he led large-scale ERP modernisation initiatives and introduced Robotic Process Automation to enhance efficiency and support strategic growth.

His appointment creates a powerful leadership combination alongside Joachim Hensch, former Managing Director of Hugo Boss Textile Industries. Together, they bring a rare blend of expertise spanning global apparel manufacturing and luxury brand environments, positioning the firm to deliver enhanced digital transformation outcomes.

CEO Sanjay Chauhan noted that Peiris’s proven ability to translate complex digital strategies into measurable business performance aligns with the firm’s commitment to delivering real return on investment rather than purely technology-driven solutions.

The collaboration is expected to accelerate Industry 4.0 adoption, enabling clients to strengthen supply chain visibility, integrate AI-driven analytics, and build agile, data-driven operations.
