Home Lands Group has reached a landmark achievement by surpassing 5,000 sales of resort apartments and villas, further strengthening its position as one of Sri Lanka’s leading real estate developers. The milestone was celebrated at a special customer appreciation event held at Gatz, Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, attended by Home Lands Group Chairman Nalin Herath, the company’s first customer Avanthi Caldera, and its 5,000th customer Angelo Desmond.

With more than 23 years of experience, Home Lands has sold over 5,000 units across 24 large scale lifestyle development projects, while successfully handing over more than 3,750 completed homes to customers. The company also announced that a further 400 units are scheduled for delivery before the end of the year, reflecting its consistent commitment to timely project completion and financial discipline.

Chairman Nalin Herath attributed the achievement to the confidence placed in the company by customers both in Sri Lanka and overseas.

“Crossing the 5,000 unit milestone reflects the trust we have earned through dedication, innovation, financial discipline and timely delivery. We sincerely thank all our customers for their continued confidence in Home Lands,” he said.

The Group has earned a strong reputation for developing themed lifestyle communities while introducing Sri Lankan real estate to international buyers. Currently, more than 2,850 units are under construction across nine major lifestyle projects, supporting the company’s long term growth strategy.

The latest milestone further reinforces Home Lands Group’s leadership in Sri Lanka’s property sector while highlighting its contribution to expanding the country’s modern real estate landscape and attracting international investment.
