HNB Life Launches Mobile App as It Marks 25 Years of Customer Protection

Published on

HNB Life has introduced its new mobile application as part of its ongoing digital transformation strategy, coinciding with the company’s celebration of 25 years of protecting and supporting Sri Lankans through every stage of life. The launch reflects HNB Life’s commitment to enhancing customer convenience while embracing innovation to deliver a more personalised and seamless insurance experience.

Developed around the company’s new brand philosophy, “Wings for Life,” the mobile app is designed to provide policyholders with secure and convenient access to their insurance information anytime and anywhere. Customers can easily view policy details, update information, submit requests and connect with HNB Life through a user friendly digital platform.

The launch represents another milestone in HNB Life’s broader investment in technology and customer centric solutions. In recent years, the insurer has modernised its core systems, introduced artificial intelligence driven capabilities and launched HANA, its virtual chatbot, to provide faster and more efficient customer support.

Commenting on the launch, Suneth Jayamanne, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of HNB Life, said the company has consistently focused on leveraging technology to improve the customer experience. He noted that the organisation’s investments in digital innovation, including AI integration, system modernisation and HANA, have laid the foundation for the new mobile application, which enables customers to manage their policies with greater ease, security and convenience.

The HNB Life Mobile App is now available for download through both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, reinforcing the company’s vision of making insurance services more accessible while empowering customers to thrive confidently throughout every stage of life.
