Hemas Holdings PLC has announced the appointment of Sabrina Esufally as an Executive Director to its Board with effect from 1 July 2026, reinforcing the Group’s leadership team as it advances its long-term growth strategy and regional expansion ambitions.

Esufally currently serves as Managing Director of Hemas Consumer Brands and is a member of the Hemas Group Board of Management. Since joining the Group in 2019, she has held several senior leadership positions spanning pharmaceutical manufacturing, business development, innovation, and consumer brands, contributing significantly to the organisation’s strategic transformation.

Under her leadership, Hemas Consumer Brands has strengthened its portfolio of trusted household brands while expanding into new consumer segments through product innovation, market insight, and customer-focused strategies. Her commercial expertise has played an important role in driving sustainable growth within one of the Group’s most strategically important business sectors.

As Hemas continues to broaden its footprint across frontier markets, Esufally’s appointment to the Board is expected to further strengthen the company’s governance, commercial capabilities, and strategic decision-making.
