International business leaders Dr. S.V. Anchan, Founder and Chairman of the Safesea Group, USA, and Anjana Reddy, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Universal Sportsbiz Ltd. (USPL), India, will headline the Sri Lanka Corporate Director Summit 2026, which will take place on 22 July 2026 at Cinnamon Grand Colombo.
Dr. Anchan will deliver a keynote address titled “Leading Through Uncertainty: Why Future Ready Boards Create Value Beyond Compliance,” where he will discuss how corporate boards can strengthen governance, build resilience and create sustainable value amid increasing global uncertainty. Drawing on decades of leadership in the maritime and logistics industry, he is expected to share practical insights into navigating disruption and driving long term organisational success.
An Indian born American entrepreneur, Dr. Anchan is widely recognised for his contributions to global shipping and logistics. His achievements include the ACE Global Bridges 2026 Global Maritime Personality Award, the Government of India’s Shipping Pravasi Award, and the prestigious Mahatma Gandhi Samman Award presented at the House of Lords in the United Kingdom.
Joining the Summit’s flagship Fireside Chat, “Building Future Ready Sri Lankan Boards – The Road Ahead,” Anjana Reddy will share her expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation and digital transformation.
