The American Chamber of Commerce in Sri Lanka (AmCham Sri Lanka) will host a forward-looking forum titled “Gen Z Means Business: Rethinking Leadership, Communication & Corporate Culture” on 7 April 2026 at Taj Samudra Colombo from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Bringing together corporate leaders and emerging young professionals, the forum will explore how Generation Z is reshaping workplace expectations, communication styles, and leadership approaches. As organisations face increasing pressure to attract and retain next-generation talent, the discussion will focus on building more adaptive and inclusive corporate cultures.
The event will feature a keynote by Vidusha Nathavitharana, Founder and Destiny Architect of High Five Consultancy and Luminary Learning Solutions. A panel discussion will follow, with insights from Dhashma Karunaratne, Shamal Gunawardene, Onaya Kulatunga, Ovin Amaratunga, and Malinda Perera, moderated by Sayumi Jayawardene.
