We had the privilege of speaking with a pioneer in the technology industry, Ms. Manoja Jayawardhane, CEO of Automated Barcode Solutions (ABSL).

Ms Manoja Jayawardhana, CEO of Automated Barcode Solutions (ABSL). With over 30 years of experience in management, marketing, human resources, business management, and project management, she brings immense expertise to the table.

She also has more than 20 years of experience in the automatic identification industry, specialising in system design, analysis, project implementation, and management.

Manoja Jayawardhana is a Chartered Management Accountant and has held senior management roles in many large organisations in Sri Lanka before taking on her role as CEO of ABSL. It’s a great pleasure to have you here with us, ma’am.
