DFCC Bank has announced the appointment of Chanaka Gunatilleke as Vice President – Corporate Credit Management, further strengthening the Bank’s leadership team and its commitment to prudent risk management and sustainable growth.

Chanaka joins DFCC Bank with more than two decades of experience spanning corporate banking, credit risk management, and international financial markets. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for navigating complex financial environments, managing credit portfolios, and supporting strategic business growth while maintaining disciplined risk controls.

His appointment comes at a time when financial institutions are increasingly focused on balancing growth opportunities with robust risk management practices amid evolving economic and regulatory landscapes.
