CT Land Development PLC Appoints Shalindra Fernando as Chief Executive Officer

CT Land Development PLC has appointed Shalindra Fernando as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 16 January 2026. Fernando brings over 18 years of senior leadership experience spanning FMCG, fashion retail, beverages, enterprise technology, and international consulting. He has held Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, and Chief Revenue Officer roles with full profit and loss responsibility and strong board engagement. Prior to this appointment, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at MillenniumIT ESP Ltd., driving sustained revenue growth and international expansion across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Fernando holds an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland.
