The Coca-Cola Company has announced a significant leadership transition, appointing Henrique Braun as Chief Executive Officer effective 31 March 2026. He becomes the first Latin American to lead the global beverage giant.

Current CEO James Quincey will transition to the role of Executive Chairman, ensuring continuity in governance. Braun brings nearly three decades of international experience, having led operations across multiple key markets.

The move reflects Coca-Cola’s commitment to diversity, innovation, and sustained global growth amid evolving consumer trends.
