CIC Holdings Posts Strong 9MFY26 Performance Despite Weather Disruptions

CIC Holdings PLC recorded consolidated revenue of Rs. 70.28 billion for the nine months ended 31 December 2025, reflecting an 8.69 per cent year-on-year growth. Gross profit rose by 10.11 per cent to Rs. 18.42 billion, with margins improving to around 26 per cent through disciplined pricing and product mix optimisation.

Profit after tax increased to Rs. 5.97 billion despite losses in agri operations caused by Cyclone Ditwah. The Crop Solutions sector remained the largest contributor, followed by Livestock Solutions and Health and Personal Care.

Group CEO Aroshan Seresinhe said the diversified portfolio and strong execution helped sustain momentum while supporting farming communities and advancing long-term value creation.
