Ceylon Hospitals Board Proposes Share Subdivision

Ceylon Hospitals PLC (Durdens) announced its Board has approved a proposal to subdivide ordinary voting and non voting shares on a four for one basis, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals, with stated capital remaining unchanged.
