BOC Expands Youth Loan Initiative with ‘Unveil the Dream’ Capacity-Building Programme

The Unveil the Dream – BOC Youth Capacity-Building Programme was successfully held at the Bank of Ceylon Head Office, marking a significant milestone in the BOC Youth Loan initiative. This latest phase aims to empower 10,000 young entrepreneurs with funding at a competitive 7% per annum interest rate, supported by simple personal guarantees.

Organised in collaboration with key institutions—including EDB, IDB, SED, NEDA, NAITA, and ITI—the event brought together industry leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs. BOC Chairman Mr. Kavinda de Zoysa, GM/CEO Mr. Russel Fonseka, and senior officials participated, reaffirming the bank’s commitment to driving innovation and economic growth.
