As 2025 begins, many Americans are exploring new career opportunities, with artificial intelligence (AI) taking the lead. According to LinkedIn’s “Jobs on the Rise” report for 2025, AI-related roles have seen the most significant growth in recent years.

The report, released on Tuesday and covered by Aislinn Murphy for Fox Business, highlights artificial intelligence engineer and artificial intelligence consultant as the two fastest-growing jobs in the U.S., driven by the rapid expansion of the AI sector.

The report also sheds light on a variety of other thriving sectors. The top 10 fastest-growing roles are:

2. Artificial Intelligence Consultant
3. Physical Therapist
4. Workforce Development Manager
5. Travel Adviser
6. Event Coordinator
7. Director of Development
8. Outside Sales Representative
9. Sustainability Specialist
10. Security Guard

The findings are based on job growth rates calculated from millions of positions accepted by LinkedIn users between January 2022 and July 2024, highlighting evolving trends in the U.S. job market.
