C.W. Mackie Appoints Asoka Piyadigama as Executive Director Finance

C.W. Mackie PLC has appointed Asoka Piyadigama as Executive Director Finance, effective 1 August 2026, reinforcing its commitment to strong financial leadership and long term strategic growth.

Piyadigama brings more than two decades of experience in corporate finance, financial strategy, governance, treasury management and business transformation. During his distinguished career, he has held senior leadership positions across leading listed companies and multinational organisations in Sri Lanka and Australia.

He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and has played a key role in driving strategic planning, regulatory compliance and organisational transformation. In addition, he serves as an Independent Non Executive Director at several listed companies while providing strategic financial advisory services to international businesses.

His appointment is expected to further strengthen C.W. Mackie’s financial stewardship, governance standards and long term value creation as the diversified conglomerate continues to advance its growth ambitions.
