The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, representing AICPA & CIMA, has appointed Nassima Kaddache as Director of MESANA, expanding her leadership responsibilities across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

Based in Dubai, Kaddache will oversee the Association’s regional strategy, growth and member engagement while representing the organisation at senior stakeholder forums. Her appointment comes as demand for globally qualified finance and accounting professionals continues to rise across the region, driven by economic diversification and business transformation.

Having joined the Association in 2013, Kaddache has led initiatives in student recruitment, professional development, employer engagement and academic partnerships, supporting thousands of finance professionals throughout the region.

Welcoming the appointment, Venkkat Ramanan, Vice President of Asia Pacific at AICPA & CIMA, said Kaddache’s extensive market knowledge and commitment to developing talent would strengthen the value delivered to members, students and partners.

Commenting on her new role, Kaddache said she was honoured to lead the MESANA region and would focus on deepening stakeholder relationships while expanding opportunities for finance professionals. The appointment also reinforces AICPA & CIMA’s Rise2040 vision of preparing globally competent finance leaders for a rapidly evolving business environment.
