Concentric AI, in partnership with Orin Corporation, has joined as the Strategic Partner for the 2nd Data Privacy and Protection Summit 2026, organised by Daily FT and CICRA. The summit is scheduled to take place on 23 July 2026 at the Oak Room, Cinnamon Grand Colombo.
As Sri Lanka prepares for the enforcement of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the summit will bring together data protection professionals, legal experts, policymakers, and technology leaders to address emerging challenges in privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, and AI-driven risk management.
Concentric AI is recognised for its advanced AI-powered data security platform, which autonomously discovers, classifies, and protects sensitive information across cloud and on-premises environments. Through its partnership with Orin Corporation, the company aims to help organisations strengthen data governance and improve cyber resilience.
CICRA Group Director and CEO Boshan Dayaratne emphasised the growing importance of AI-powered defence mechanisms against increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. Orin Corporation COO Rehan Ariyaratne highlighted the need for organisations to leverage AI-driven solutions to protect critical data assets and achieve PDPA compliance.
The summit is expected to provide valuable insights into regulatory obligations, cybersecurity best practices, and practical strategies for building resilient, privacy-focused organisations.
