Home Lands is poised to redefine Sri Lanka’s luxury real estate landscape with the unveiling of Central Park Boulevard Port City Colombo, a landmark development that the company describes as the largest real estate launch in the country’s history.
Branded as “The Indian Ocean’s Next Wonder”, the project will be officially introduced during “The Grand Launch Weekend”, a series of exclusive events scheduled from 12 to 14 June 2026 at the Lumina Ballroom, Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams Colombo.
The launch festivities will commence with “The Night of Emeralds”, an exclusive opening gala expected to attract leading business personalities, investors, celebrities, social influencers, and distinguished international guests, including renowned Bollywood stars. The weekend programme will also feature curated experiences such as The Boulevard Brunch, The Boulevard High Tea, The Boulevard Sundowner, and The Boulevard Evening, offering prospective buyers and investors an immersive introduction to the project.
Located within the prestigious Central Park District of Port City Colombo, Central Park Boulevard is a twin-tower luxury residential development rising 37 storeys and comprising more than 640 premium residences. The project overlooks nearly 40 acres of landscaped parkland and a scenic waterway while offering panoramic views of the Indian Ocean.
Home Lands stated that the development is the first high-rise residential project in Sri Lanka inspired by an ultra-luxury international lifestyle brand, setting a new benchmark for upscale urban living. The project combines sophisticated architecture, premium amenities, and a carefully curated lifestyle experience designed for modern homeowners and global investors.
Beyond its lifestyle appeal, the development is expected to generate significant economic value, with a total project value exceeding US$300 million. Home Lands has invested US$150 million in the project, representing the largest real estate investment undertaken by a single Sri Lankan developer. Reflecting strong investor confidence, 50 per cent of the units have already been sold prior to the official launch.
Adding further prestige to the project, cricketing legend Mahela Jayawardene has been appointed Brand Ambassador, reinforcing the development’s positioning as a world-class investment and lifestyle destination.
