Colombo Land Appoints Dayani Kiriwattuduwa to Board as Non-Executive Director

Colombo Land and Development Company PLC has announced the appointment of Dayani Kiriwattuduwa as a Non-Executive Director to its Board, strengthening its governance and legal expertise.

Kiriwattuduwa is an accomplished Attorney-at-Law with over 19 years of experience, recognised for her professionalism and commitment to legal excellence. She currently serves as Director (Legal) at the Urban Development Authority, where she provides strategic legal oversight on key national development initiatives.

She holds a Master of Laws in Business Law (Merit) from the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University and an LL.B. (Second Class Honours) from the University of Colombo. Her governance experience includes board roles at Waters Edge Limited and Urban Investment and Development Company Ltd.

Widely respected for her expertise in regulatory compliance and unauthorised construction laws, Kiriwattuduwa’s appointment is expected to enhance Colombo Land’s strategic legal direction and corporate governance framework.
