Rajaratnam Naguleswaran Elected President of Trade Finance Association

DFCC Bank announced that Kanagasabai Rajaratnam Naguleswaran, Assistant Vice President – Financial Institutions & Correspondent Banking, has been elected President of the Trade Finance Association of Bankers (TFAB) for the 2026–2027 term.

With over 34 years of experience in the banking sector, Naguleswaran brings extensive expertise across branch banking, international operations, offshore banking, remittances, and correspondent banking. A Senior Fellow of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka, he also contributes to the industry as a resource person and examiner, supporting the development of future banking professionals.

His appointment underscores both his individual capabilities and DFCC Bank’s strong presence and leadership within Sri Lanka’s financial services sector. It also highlights the bank’s ongoing commitment to advancing industry standards and strengthening trade finance practices in the country.
