The American Chamber of Commerce in Sri Lanka (AmCham Sri Lanka) will host a forward-looking forum titled “Gen Z Means Business: Rethinking Leadership, Communication & Corporate Culture” on 7 April 2026 at Taj Samudra Colombo from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

Bringing together corporate leaders and emerging young professionals, the forum will explore how Generation Z is reshaping workplace expectations, communication styles, and leadership approaches. As organisations face increasing pressure to attract and retain next-generation talent, the discussion will focus on building more adaptive and inclusive corporate cultures.

The event will feature a keynote by Vidusha Nathavitharana, Founder and Destiny Architect of High Five Consultancy and Luminary Learning Solutions. A panel discussion will follow, with insights from Dhashma Karunaratne, Shamal Gunawardene, Onaya Kulatunga, Ovin Amaratunga, and Malinda Perera, moderated by Sayumi Jayawardene.

The session will offer diverse perspectives on bridging generational gaps, fostering effective communication, and aligning business strategies with Gen Z expectations. Designed to deliver practical insights, the forum will support both young professionals and employers in navigating a rapidly evolving workplace landscape, contributing to a more resilient and future-ready corporate sector.
