Allianz Lanka Joins National Insurance Data Repository Initiative

Allianz Lanka has joined the national Insurance Data Repository initiative, strengthening industry-wide data governance and risk intelligence. The company formalised its participation by signing a subscription agreement with the Credit Information Bureau of Sri Lanka (CRIB), under the oversight of the Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (IRCSL). The integration will enhance data accuracy, transparency, and underwriting quality, enabling more informed decision-making. Allianz Lanka stated that the move reflects its commitment to high governance standards while contributing to a more resilient and trusted insurance ecosystem in Sri Lanka.
